Imperial orifice plates are manufactured to the recommendations of AGA, ISA, ASME, and ISO. Plates are supplied in 304 or 316 stainless steel, Monel, Hastelloy C or B, Alloy 20, and Teflon. Orifice plates are supplied in all standard designs - Concentric, Eccentric, Quadrant Edge, Bore with Counter Bore, and Segmental. Plates are sized to the correct bore by our engineering department on our computer system for fast, accurate calculations. Grounding rings and spacers are available to customer specifications. Orifice flange unions in standard carbon steel, stainless steel, and other forgeable materials are available. Calculations can be done in either metric or English units.

Imperial also manufactures venturi tubes, meter tubes, flow tubes, straightening vanes, restriction orifice unions, and special flow devices.
