Imperial manifold valves are manufactured with a one-piece bonnet with a metal-to-metal seal to the valve manifold body below the bonnet threads. The manifold valves contain a lock pin to prevent accidental loosening.

The hard seat valve manifolds have been helium leak-tested for the metal-to-metal manifold valve design.

The soft seat valve manifolds have been helium leak-tested and have a replaceable Delrin seat. The valve manifolds have straight-through porting for bi-directional flow and easy roddable cleaning.
